This week we welcomed a new member to the team at Ceramic Substrates and Components Ltd. Our Island was in the news this week for being an unemployment black spot in the South, this is not good news. We have noticed ourselves when talking to families and friends that there are not many jobs available apart from seasonal opportunities. All our team members are well aware that we are still in business due to the continuing guarding of the quality of products that leave our factory on a daily basis. Our management team is working hard to keep our customers happy and finding new business through different forms of media which includes our web page, Twitter, Facebook and of course face to face meetings.
Our newest team member Mark will join our factory operatives, but come September there will be a slight change in his working hours. Mark will start a one day a week course with the intention to become a Primary School Teacher after College and University. At Ceramic Substrates we like to support our employees to develop their skill set.
