Following the Southern Manufacturing Exhibition, this week not only have I been catching up from being away from the office, but also following-up on the contacts made at the trade fair. Last week was a very a positive experience, meeting old and new customers face to face is always a good way of improving future communication and relationships. We also had the chance to meet other companies within the ceramic industry. Plenty of exhibition goodies (promotional gifts) were exchanged between the Exhibitors, some bartering took place, the Ceramic Substrates torches were very popular. All in all it has been a worthwhile exhibition for Ceramic Substrates and Components Ltd and hopefully it will assist in increasing our profile as one of Britain’s last manufacturers within the ceramic industry. Ceramic Substrates is moving forward not just in manufacturing but also as a company in the 21st century.
